1. Business is NOT business: Business is people: if we take care of the people in the companies we manage, they will in change take care of the companies they work for

2. We employ people who know what they do and what needs to be done. We empower them and we push the power down to the last level of the company. When they know what to do, they will bring results. If we need to tell them what to do, we do not have the right people

3. Positive financial results count, and we want them. But they are not the only thing which count in a company, and we don’t look for them at “any” cost

4. A company is as strong as its weakest employee, and sells what its staff knows; so training and knowledge are an essential part of the way we look into growing a company

5. Sale is an art which is often overlooked. A good sales person can sell a mediocre product, while a bad sales person cannot sell a good one. We focus on explaining sales staff what motivates a buyer to buy

6. We hate companies’ internal silos, and managers who try to benefit themselves and not the company. These people are a cancer and will be removed

7. We hate bonuses in general, and short term bonuses in particular. Bonuses are companies’ killers. Good people should have high wages, and expect to be paid well. All of them. In exchange, we ask for constant motivation: no resting on laurels

8. We trust people, but we verify that this trust is well placed. Controlled trust is our motto: Self-discipline, self-control

9. People on the road know more than people in the office, always. We listen to them

10. A company success is determined by the combination of good leadership, useful and well-built product, and a happy, intelligent and motivated workforce
